Texas Chili

Just a statement today: 

                          TEXAS CHILI DOES NOT HAVE BEANS!  

Chili made by non-native Texans have beans and they call it Texas chili but it isn't.  No Way.  Nada.  None.  Zero.  Ziltch. They are just dreaming.  Beans on the side ... ok.  But NOT in the CHILI!
